Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY TIMES
All UK orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Please note. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ORDERS ON WEEKENDS INCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS. All UK orders are delivered by UK MAIL couriers next day after they are dispatched. All international orders are delivered by Ipost Parcel within 5 working days after they are dispatched. All deliveries can be tracked and require a signature.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount and aim to provide quality prints and oil paintings. If ,however, you are not entirely happy with the item you received, you can return it, undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please note, that delivery charges and %20 off the order total (%5 card payment fees and %15 handling charge) are non-refundable.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
If you received your item and it is damaged, please let us know within 24 hours by phone or email and we will exchange your order with a new one as soon as we receive the damaged item back. A refund or exchange will be issued to you for damaged artwork under the following conditions:
You inform us of the problem within timeframe stated above
The artwork is returned within 7 days in the condition it was received and in original packaging
‘YOUR PHOTO ON CANVAS’ RETURN POLICY
As pictures are personalised, refunds and exchanges will not be issued for undamaged items. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return the item within 7 days in the condition it was received and in original packaging.
