Where is Red Art based?
We are at Unit 61, Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, Camden Town, London NW1 8AH. Our workshop and shop are open Monday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm.
How are your canvas prints made?
Images are printed onto 260 gsm studio canvas, protected with two coats of artist's varnish and wrapped around an internal stretcher bar. The artwork continues around the sides, so it is ready to hang without a frame.
Can you print my own photo on canvas?
Yes. Choose "Photo on Canvas", upload your picture, preview it and pick a size. We also print photos on mugs and cushion covers.
Can I get an image in a different size or colour?
Yes. If you need a design in a special size or a different colour, call us on 020 8546 5023 or use the contact page and we will help.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to the UK and to the EU countries listed at checkout. Delivery is by tracked courier services (a signature is required on delivery).
How much is delivery, and is any of it free?
UK delivery is free on orders over £200. For smaller orders and EU destinations the delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.
How long until my order is sent?
We dispatch within 3–5 working days (we don’t dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays).
Can I return or cancel an order?
You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items made to your own design (such as a personalised photo print) are made to order, so please read our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us and we will put it right. Within 30 days of delivery you can get a full refund for a faulty item; our policy page explains the options after that.
