Who we are
Red Art is a trading name of Red Art London Ltd. Registered in England & Wales, company number 15147725. Registered office: Office 408, Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London N5 2ER. VAT registration number: GB 486 4236 63. Our trading address is Unit 61, Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH . You can contact us at [email protected] or 020 8546 5023.
How a contract is formed
Placing an order and receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted it — it only confirms we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we send you a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched, or, for made-to-order items, when we begin producing it.
Prices and payment
All prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If we discover a pricing error before your order is dispatched or put into production, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Delivery
See our Delivery Information page for shipping areas, carriers and estimated timeframes. If we haven't given you a specific delivery date, we will deliver within 30 days of the day after you place your order. Risk in the goods passes to you once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
Made-to-order items
Canvas prints, and any item you customise (photo canvases, photo mugs, photo cushions, and any product where you choose options such as size, shape or colour), are produced specifically for your order once it's placed.
Personalised items and uploaded photos
When you upload a photo for a custom canvas, mug or cushion, you confirm that you own the image or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights, and is not offensive or unlawful. We may decline to print an image that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, and will let you know if we do.
Colour and screen differences
Sublimation printing on grey (Silver Melange) garments produces slightly muted colours compared to white garments, and we cannot print pure white ink onto coloured fabric — any white areas in your design will show as the garment's own colour. Screen colours may also vary slightly from the printed result due to differences between monitors.
Your right to cancel
Most orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — see our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds page for full details, including the exception for personalised items.
Your legal rights are not affected
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — for example, your right to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund if goods are faulty. Those rights exist regardless of anything else in these terms.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both of us when the contract was formed, or for any loss relating to a business (such as lost profits, loss of business, or business interruption).
Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
If something's gone wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to put it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country you live in.
