Last updated: 2026-10-08
Purpose of this site
This page covers your use of the redart.co.uk website itself, separately from the Terms & Conditions of Sale that apply when you place an order.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Red Art London Ltd or our licensors, unless it's a photo you've uploaded yourself. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without permission.
Reviews and uploaded content
If you submit a product review or upload a photo, you confirm it's genuine, accurate, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break the law. We may remove or refuse to publish any review or upload at our discretion, for example if it's spam, abusive, or unrelated to the product.
No warranty on site availability
We try to keep the site running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or other reasons without notice.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, except where the law does not allow us to exclude or limit liability (such as death, personal injury, or fraud). This doesn't affect your statutory rights when you buy something from us — see our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
