Cookie Policy

What are cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits, such as what's in your basket or whether you're logged in.
We don't use analytics today
Red Art does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising cookies. Every cookie the site sets is strictly necessary to make it work, so we don't need to ask your permission for them — but we still show a short notice (see below) and keep a record of it.
Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| red-art-session | Keeps you logged in and remembers your basket between pages. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Security — protects the site against cross-site request forgery attacks. | 120 minutes of inactivity |
| remember_web_* | Keeps you logged in between visits, if you tick "Remember me" when logging in. | 5 years |
| redart_cookie_consent | Remembers that you've seen and dismissed our cookie notice, and which version of this policy you saw. | 12 months |
Cookie names and lifetimes above were checked directly against the site — if you ever spot one that doesn't match what your browser shows, please let us know.
Our cookie notice
Because every cookie above is strictly necessary, our banner simply lets you acknowledge it with an "OK" button — we don't offer a "Reject" option today, as there's nothing optional to reject. Clicking OK records that you saw the notice (date, and which version of this policy was current) so we can show we gave you this information.
If we ever add optional cookies in future (for example, analytics), we'll update this policy first and change the banner to let you accept or reject them before they're set.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time. Blocking the cookies above will affect core site functionality, such as staying logged in or keeping items in your basket.
